The West Hollywood Library Fund is seeking promotional partners and sponsors to help engage the entire community, successfully inform the public about the LibraryPark campaign and ultimately invite the community to contribute to the success of a project that will greatly benefit thousands of people for years to come.

Your support is vital to a successful campaign. Sponsors will receive opportunities to participate in campaign events and other sponsorship benefits as defined below.

 

Sponsorship Details

Sponsors are invited to provide:

  • Products or services to be offered as incentives to donors of the LibraryPark campaign
  • Customer and/or employee challenge grants
  • Promotional partnerships including percentage-of-profit promotions or co-branded product promotions
  • Prizes for a raffle among donors offering 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in the form of a gift certificates valued at $1000, $500 and $250
  • Small luxury item given to donors at an established level of $250


Media and partnership promotions will launch the month prior to our direct mail campaigns in September 2010, April 2011 and September 2011, and will continue through the main community campaign solicitation period (2010-2011).

 

Sponsorship Benefits

Recognition opportunities include:

  • Sponsor's name and logo will appear in LibaryPark campaign communications such as the electronic newsletter. Where appropriate sponsor product or service will be announced as a donor incentive in LibraryPark marketing materials.
  • Sponsor's support will be recognized commensurate with the level of its market value, on the donor wall within the new West Hollywood Library (this benefit will be offered for contributions of at lease $2500). 
  • Sponsor will be recognized on the LibraryPark website and a link to sponsor website may be established.
